THEN WHEN I CALL AND EXPLAIN THAT I GOT THE WRONG ORDER THE LADY GOT RUDE AND SAID U ORDERED BEEF ON THE STICK FUSSING ME DOWN!I PAID WITH MY CARD AND THEY WOULDN’T REFUND ME OR GET MY ORDER RIGHT… THE LADY KEEP HANGING UP… AND EVENTUALLY SHE TOOKTHE PHONE OFF THE HOOK… AND STOP ANSWERING… I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS RESTAURANT. Better double check you have ALL of your order before leaving. Ordered online,picked up,when I got home w order it was missing a... meal. I called, the lady who answered insisted she gave me 2 bags which she did not. I asked her to look on the counter to seeif she missed it. She did not look and so rudely continued to argue w me about the 2nd bag. I spent $60 for my family's food andone person did not get theirs. No offer to replace the $10 meal or a discount. There was no resolution w this business. Poorcustomer service. I will NOT be spending my money there for missed items and rude customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTING ???? Read more
