Horrible management. I can?t believe this was a manager I spoke with. I was simple trying to politely inform her that lately... they are consistently out of certain items. You would think she would have apologized and accommodated some how. She madeexcuses and was very rude. I would suggest Dunkin donuts. Myself and daughter use to go there for breakfast. The management at this establishment does not... have a clue how to run a restaurant. Everytime we go there they are out of something. It closes at 9:00pm but stops serving at8:00pm. So all they serve is drinks, it makes no sense. Run your business right or close the doors. Missing a sandwich. Eggshells in my wife's sandwich.. some fuzzy clothes or something on my kids tim bites, and tried calling... them and the phone is disconnected. Called customer service and he told me to drive back there..... never going back thereagain. Read more
