OH. MY. GOSH. This DD has the RUDEST staff ever! I order the same thing every time? strawberry dragon fruit refresher with less... ice. As the lady was handing me the drink, I can tell right away by the color that it?s not right. When I questioned it, shegave me an attitude as if I made the mistake. I politely told her what I ordered. She turns to her coworker and very loudly says?I GUESS it?s supposed to be strawberry with less ice, less ice, less ice?. Ummm? Excuse me?! Not to mention, I waited over 5minutes at the drive through speaker before I was even acknowledged - only after hearing my son say ?Ma, aren?t you going toorder?? Rude employee(s). Worse coffee quality than average Dunkin' stores.
This is the closest dunks to my house. I work early hours and was thrilled when they started actually being open at 4:30 but... it?s never constant. I?ll be lucky if it?s once a week. Most service people are nice but it is most definitely the slowestmoving and the biggest gamble in town.
