We have been eating Jets for years. Both my husband and I were sick all night long after eating their cheese Detroit style... pizza. Asked for light sauce and it was not. But that wasn't the issue. It was food poisoning. I never leave bad reviews, but Iwill never ever eat here again. Read more

We ordered a four corner pizza (which was over cooked), an order of boneless chicken wings (which were gristly), and a brownie... (dried out and burnt). Threw the wings and brownie in the trash. Very disappointing for the price! Update: Got a call from themanager of Jet?s stating he was going to talk to staff about the issues and telling me he was crediting my account. Have always been happy with pizza and service previous to tonight. Ordered a pizza around 5 pm to be delivered at 6:15. Called... at 6:30 and said pizza would be delivered as soon as they had a driver. Called at 7 pm to see where it was. Told it was on itsway. Asked if it was freshly made or was it made for 6:15 pm? Was told it was fresh made. When pizza arrived it was lukewarm atbest. Obviously in the warming oven since 6:15 pm. Called to complain and was told I?d get $10 off my next order. We?ll belooking for a new pizza place. Very disappointed. Should have been informed about the delay and should have gotten an immediatediscount. UPDATE: Manager called me the day after this post and apologized. She also credited me for the cost of the order. Weordered 3 pizzas today and they were excellent. Hot and tasty. I did pick them up rather than chance delivery delay again. Read more
