Decent Italian restaurant. It's a smallish restaurant but looks cozy inside. The hostess was super nice. I ordered the trio... parmigiana, which is chicken, veal and eggplant Parm with a meat sauce on penne. It's a massive plate you could easily share. Italso came with some soup, and a loaf of warm semi sliced bread. No butter though, unfortunately. The meat sauce was very tasty.Everything tasted fine, but if I'm being honest, I'm not sure if the cutlets were made fresh. I ordered it to go and they handedit to me about 10 minutes later, which seems awful quick, It took me about 15 minutes to sit down and eat it so I wasn'texpecting the cutlets to have crispy edges anymore or anything. The consistency just wasn't the best. I felt like the cutletsmay have been prepared ahead of time. I plan to go back and eat at the restaurant, see if it's better served at the table, andthen edit this review after. Read more
How the mighty have fallen?. This place used to have some of the best service around, this was a sad departure. We came in and... we?re seated promptly by the very nice and efficient hostess. We met our waitress and were given water and drinks (neverrefilled, never even offered a refill?) 90 minutes after ordering food we called it and requested a bill and our food packaged.The third and last time we saw our waitress after over an hour was for our check to be picked up. The hostess was great (shedelivered our food etc.) and the food is tasty. This once loyal customer won?t be back. You can get better food and FAR BETTERservice for what you pay here elsewhere. We stumbled upon this small Italian restaurant in a strip mall in North Hampton, NH. Exceeded our expectations. Chicken Piccata... was delicious. Son had chicken Parmesan and loved it. The bread and salads were great. House dressing was so good I bought abottle to bring home. Servings are generous. Service was A+ We will be back. Read more
the food there is actually excellent but we had a problem with the waitress my son which is 16 has a lot of stomach problems and... could not eat the food that was on the menu besides something that was on kids menu and the waitress refused to let him orderoff the kids menu even though it was a $12 meal we tried to explain to her that he has health issues and she still said no he'sover the age of 12 he cannot order off the kids menu you think the waitress would have said let me go ask a manager but she justkept on saying no he's over the age of 12 he cannot order from the kids menu my wife took the matter into her own hands and toldthe manager of the situation the manager said no problem we were there with nine other people but at this time my son wasembarrassed and ended up sitting in the car when his meal did come the waitress just had a smart remark saying he finally gotwhat he wanted and he is not even here to eat it with sarcasm. Our table spent over $300 and on the last night of vacation, ourson didn't eat with his family. We enjoyed our meals this was just handled wrong. Read more
