Tiny place with a big taste. Was never a protein fan to be honest u til a friend took me here. There shakes are top notch and... don't taste like the horrible protein powder you buy over the counter. The owner is so nice and very polite. She took the ti.eto explain all the drinks, ingredients, calories etc. If you need a post or pre workout pick me up then give them a try. The owners Ashley and Ryan were super... informative of the products that they sell, and i have to be completely honest.. as a woman who has changed her eatinglifestyle, IM THRILLED that this place is natural ingredients, no sugar, and low carb!
