Casey and the manager on duty this morning are absolutely magnificent. Today is Red Cup day and with the Hamden location closed,... they were getting absolutely bombarded with orders. Casey was still making sure everyone was getting their orders and was happywhile there while his manager was making sure everyone was getting their orders in a reasonable time frame. What is with the staff at this place? The shift manager at night is beyond rude. I understand working with the public is not... easy and everyone has a bad day, but I have never seen her on a good day. I ordered food with my last order, the tiny bags wereburning hot, I asked for a bag which they didn't have, so I had to carry drinks and flaming bags out. The bags were so hot theyfell on the floor. I asked for a replacement and they said they were too busy to help me. They said I could email Starbucksfor a refund. That got me nowhere. Read more
