So, the food is good. They've always had the best tacos out of all fast food Taco places. The only problem with Jimboys is the... prices have gone out of control. So ridiculously expensive that I won't go there anymore. Otherwise, good food. But you can getmuch cheaper, authentic Mexican elsewhere. Read more

There is a drastic paradigm shift in customer service, the supply chain; the global international financial outlook towards the... survival of capitalistic corporate business tender. In short few businesses will survive. With that said my experiencebelow: In basic We were the lone single customer vehicle. Despite this, the order was rushed. The order consisted of 3 beeftacos and 1 bean and cheese burrito. The employees got the food out fast, in fact too fast. This had to be a record; faster thanany JB?s I have ever been to. The food was not cooked well enough. The taco shells were soggy. The meat (beef) was still oilyfrom cooking with a lack of simply adequately and fully draining the beef fat. I can only imagine how it could have tasted with30 seconds more detail to care placed? However this will have to remain in an imaginary realm. The beans found within the beanand cheese burrito were not heated up nor cooked well either. The burrito was sparse, under cooked and lacking. In essence Thestrange meandering drive-thru was like doing an obstacle course. The voice on the speaker, although friendly was hard tounderstand. To surmise ?I just don?t see the point in returning back to this particular Jim Boys again? Read more
