Unfortunately my experience with Carl's Jr at this location was unsatisfactory. To start with, we had to wait in line for more... than 10 minutes because there was only one employee behind the counter taking care of walk-ins, drive-thru, delivering food tothe dining area, and making coffee. The second problem was that they overcharged me, and when I confronted them, they paid mesome money but not enough to make up the overcharge. The third problem was I had asked for lettuce wrap, and one of thesandwiches came with bread; so, I had to go back and wait until they gave me the right order. The fourth problem was I asked forranch dressing and and I was told that they only had ketchup and mustard. I think next time I may choose a different location oran entirely different restaurant.
