My 1st time to BlaqHaus was for Sunday Brunch in celebration of my friend’s birthday and they did not disappoint!!! I had the... shrimp po boy and my husband had the catfish and grits! It was so good I went back a second time! Not to mention the vibe wasright and our waiter was lit! He was very invested in making sure we had a good time! Read more
Good place for brunch or dinner. Simple to make reservations and food options really good. Been here for both weekend brunch as... well as a weekday dinner. For brunch. E sure to make reservations on the weekends because it gets packed and parking can belimited on those days. Read more
Man where do I start. My whole family loved this place for brunch. The manager, and all the staff were all very friendly. But... more importantly the food was amazing. Chicken and waffles bussin, shrimp and grits better than grandma grits, and the bananafoster French toast was too good. The mimosas were on point too. I thoroughly enjoyed my brunch at Blaqhaus. The ambience was nice, the music was cool. I will say the server was not THAT... attentive, but I still enjoyed myself. My only complaint is that they OBVIOUSLY had lots of sugar in this grits. As asoutherner, I hardly believe that sugar goes in grits— but I know for a fact that sugar does not go in cheese grits! Ididn’t finish the grits, but that didn’t take away from how good the Catfish and Grits were together. Read more

This was a great find, kind of a diamond in the rough for the overall area. Lots of restaurants to choose from, but Blaqhaus... NOHO stood out for us to try after checking out the menu online. And they did not disappoint! The Catfish Po’boy was amazing???? some of the most tender and tasty catfish I’ve ever had, seasoned and battered just right. My wife had the ShortribGrilled cheese and it was just as amazing. The potato wedges that come with the sandwiches are a meal in themselves. They were alittle less crispy than we had asked, we always order ours extra done, but they were still great. Our server Jeremiah was superfriendly and helpful, very cheerful and professional.
