We just attended a party where Social Paella catered and it was just incredible. First the tapas appetizers were wonderful. ... The meats like the iberico ham and the goat cheese and peppers appetizers and charcuterie plate were just a few of the greattreats. The tapas was better than some we had on a recent trip to Barcelona. But the paella was the star of the night. The shrimp paella was so fresh and flavorful. And the meat and chorizo was equally fantastic. We also loved the flamencoguitarists and classical Spanish music. The entire event was just over the top amazing. Read more
