Usually great, but ordered steak sub at 2:45pm today and half the meat was ice cold (like right out of refrigerator... cold). Called them, First the guy answering the phone said it was the mayo, I said it was too cold for that, then he said it wasbecause I ordered double meat and it didn't have time to cook. I said "you should cook it longer then, right?" He replied "onlyif you ask for it". Then he just stopped responding all together. Not good. I just moved to the area and found Marco's to be decent pizza. We order every Friday and tonight was no exception. But tonight... their website glitched out and when I called the girl left me on hold too long. Then I called back and nobody answered. First time ordering from Marco's Pizza and it was a very pleasant experience. Ordered for delivery and was given a 35 minute... delivery time frame. Sure enough it was delivered on time and the pizza was piping hot when I got it. The delivery fee wasreasonable and the order was done exactly as I asked.
