The wait was estimated to be 20 minutes and we were sat sooner than that. We came in around 10:30 today (Sunday). They sat us at... the counter which is my preferred seating. Service was on point! Staff was extremely nice, helpful, and efficient! Very warm andwelcoming atmosphere! And the food was superb! There were so many young people working here (high school age) but they allworked together so well, like a well-oiled machine. It's great to see so many kids with such good work ethic. Perfect place for great food & conversations with friends! If I'm going to bluebird I'm getting breakfast, regardless of what... time of time. Today I ordered a vanilla latte which isn't too sweet which I love, I made my own omelette & a chocolate chippancake on the side. Everything was delicious, however the pancake is absolutely the best part. Fluffy & full of chocolatechips!! Highly recommended for families, a meet up with friends or if dining alone. Read more

Nice uptake on American Fare. My Chicken Breast sandwich was pretty good. The chicken itself was fantastic, juicy with fantastic... flavor. The bun was a little basic, but the aoli made up for it! My partner had the corned beef hash (forgot to take a pic!) Sheloved it & thought the addition of turnips & other root veggies really made it! Our server was super nice & attentive! Read more

Stopped in and had a great breakfast while in Iowa visiting my daughter. We had 2 orders of Bluebird Eggs and 1 order of the... biscuits and gravy. The food was good overall. The double smoked ham was great, the bacon was heavily smoked if you like that. The sausage gravy was a bit under seasoned, but some salt, pepper, and hot sauce helped. The best part of the visit was ourserver. He was super attentive, fast, and friendly. Will definitely be eating here again. Read more
