Horrible customer service. Tried to get a lane was told I had a lane 2 time. So short chubby guy walked up and said I couldn't... have the lane. And he was the one who told me 2 times I could have it. Very unpredictable and unprofessional. Oh and we calledbefore we left beebe to come bowl. I was so heated. Don't go they don't care about customers. And they dud it to other peoplewhile we let's the kids play in their small arcade. Horrible balls and equipment too. I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Read more

Fun Bowling, we didn?t have any issues with the lanes or getting setup. Although having been before I know personally that the... food/drink service isn?t great, and is very expensive. Eat before. Then bowl. Read more

Food service is absolutely horrible. I waited 40 minutes for an order of mozzarella sticks, only to go back to inquire about my... order, and wait an additional 10 minutes for them to be cold. My daughter placed an order and after an hour she hadn't receivedher order,, went to inquire about it, instead of them getting her order together,, they were on their phones so she had to getthe manager.. They really need to hire a new food prep staff that can keep up with the demand of the orders. As far as bowling,we had a great time. Read more

My husband and 6 year old came out for a family time of bowling. My husband had to report technical difficulties with the lane... we were on FOUR times. The staff finally assigned us a new lane. We opted to pay by the hour. I had asked the gentleman at thedesk if we could be accommodated more time to our game due to all of the difficulties. He condescendingly replied, "it didn'ttake that long to get the issues resolved. And I can't give you a whole hour. I can only give you like 2 minutes." I reiteratedto him that we had to report the tech difficulties 4 times and we even had to be moved lanes. I told him the expectation was notto get an entire hour but perhaps 10 minutes. Which in reality the difficulties probably cost us about 20 minutes. He told usthat he would give us 10 additional minutes but the reality is I'm unsure we got them. Once we were at the 15 minute mark asluck would have it...we experienced tech issues again. So, I'm not sure we were really given 10 minutes. What I do know is thatno one apologized to us for our inconvenience and we weren't offered much of a resolution. We left there feeling as if we had apoor experience...which we did. An apology minus the condescending comment would have been greatly appreciated. I sincerelyhope this guy (big and tall gentleman) was not the manager. My advice to any visitors is to not select the pay by the houroption. If you experience difficulties beyond your control you will not be accommodated for your time. Read more
