This is by far the best Mexican restaurant in this area. The meat here is seasoned unbelievably good. A lot of the Mexican... restaurants around here the meat is very flavorless and dry. At Santo it's just off the chain. The salsa you literally can'tstop eating it, it's so good and the cheese dip is the best. Read more

Expensive! I ordered 2 rice&beans a la cart and a small cheese dip and it was over $22?! She failed to mention that they would... be $4 each for 2 orders of rice and 2 orders of beans. I wasn't impressed. I assumed since they were charging me such high endprices, the quality of the food would reflect the cost but the rice was super dry like it'd been hanging out in a warmer toolong and both the beans and rice were extremely bland. No salsa, barely any chips to accompany the cheese dip, and managementlacks something to be desired, with his "take it or leave it" standard for customer service. Read more

My children, mother and other family decided that we wanted to eat here for Mother's Day. To our shock they served everyone's... food on paper plates and plastic utensils. Even the sangria was brought out to me in a clear plastic cup and a little less thanhalf full. The first sangria I ordered had so much ice filled to the top rim of the plastic cup with whatever frozen fruitchunks in it. Needless to say that the ice is what made the drink appear filled at least to the rim of the cup. I ask thewaiter if I could have another one with no ice and he brought me back the amount I'm holding up in the picture. I ask him if itwas possible if I could have my cup filled with more sangria and he said "no" the bartender has it that way and walked awaywithout asking me if I wanted another drink or anything. I did not want to argue the ridiculousness of the amount of sangriain the cup or the unprofessionalism of the waiter in front of my children so I continued talking with my family. After we ate Iask the waiter privately if he could take off half of the sangria cost because of the amount given and poor communication about"pre made" amounts that I knew nothing about. He said he could not and I asked for the manager. The manager came over and shebegan to explain before really hearing me what they give in portions etc. and did not really want to hear what I was trying tosay. She then said "I will pay for the drink and take it out of MY check on Mother's Day!" as if to try and guilt trip me andbegan to walk away. I said to her "excuse me", you will because it will not be taken from us. She then said "I'm not going todo anything now", and walked to the back. My family was looking in disbelief and discussed. We will NEVER eat at that locationagain and hope that the managers and staff are trained in better communication/de-escalation and customer service. Read more

Enjoyable authentic Mexican food in casual atmosphere. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We ordered the Cancun... wrap and grilled shrimp over tequila lime rice with mango salsa. Simply delectable and portion size was just right. Walked awaycompletely satisfied but not over stuffed. This is a long standing restaurant at this location, and I?d thought about goingthere. However, the recent commercials that I?ve seen to TV prompted me to give it a try this weekend. Would definitelyrecommend and will visit again. Read more
