Food was good but service was the worse. It took 15 mins to get a drink at the bar just to hear that the bartender didn't make... my drink because he didn't have the part that attached to the glass but I saw two. Multiple tables were empty but we had towait 30+ mins to be seated. **Update** We waited 20+ mins to make our order and 30+ mins when we got bread, salad, food, refillsall at the same time. The food is usually always good. But when I went last night, I was pretty annoyed to see that the kiosk checkout now charges you... $2 to use it. Seriously? My waitress didn’t come back to take my payment, so I had to use the kiosk. I know it’s only $2,but I’m already paying for my food and the waitress’s tip…I shouldn’t be paying you even more just so that I can pay mybill. ???? My original ticket was $38 and some change. The food was good and there were seats available. Service was great... I'm sorry that I don't remember the server's name. He was... helpful, friendly, and checked in on us regularly. I had the bacon cheeseburger and really enjoyed it. The only two thingsthat weren't great was that the bathroom was in need of attention and it took a while for our check to show up on our table'sdevice... it was showing other people's checks but not ours. Our server got it figured out with a little work. The areas forwalking are also busy and narrow, sometimes making it difficult to keep track of kids. This was an exceptional dining experience. The food was all cooked to perfection and was well seasoned. That is what I have come... to expect from Texas Roadhouse.
