On Friday night they had a crew working there that seem like they all just arrived in the USA from a foreign prison. They didn?t... speak English (except for one poor Cuban girl working amongst these low life waste of a life) and could not understand a wordthrough the order speaker. They had no idea what an order from the McDonald?s app is. I understand many of today?s people don?twant to work at all, even less at a McDonald?s. But, is ridiculous to hire people that have no idea what customer service is norcan they understand a simply order. My ordeal started when I was over charged at the window, instead of what the app said itcharged me. I understand that is most likely an app glitch, but the manager ran away with the receive they had given me, overcharging me more than double what my order was. At this same location, I have had my change not returned to me. The managerwanted me to leave without my food nor my receipt! These type of people have no business working in a franchise, that use torepresent America. They became violent when I proofed to them that there was an obvious mistake. Very rude low class people;also, very dirty uniforms, appearance and restaurant; yet their mouths were dirtier than their uniforms and work place. When Igave them the app code, five times, they though it was a request for fried eggs! Fried eggs at McDonald?s! Hahaha. They are suchblockheads, that they don?t even know what they sell. No wonder their home is in shambles. Why doesn?t the owner realize thatyou can?t have all these thugs working together? Place is small and sketchy at times. I order a Big Mac to go and had to go back because no napkinds were in the bag. Bathrooms... were dirty too. Convenient spot because close to a gas station but that's about it. Nothing to brag about ! Read more

Extremely slow drive-up window and still confused the order! We ordered a mocha frap. They said they didn't have frappes, so we... asked for a oreo flurry. When we got to the window to pay the young lady said they didn't have flurries either so my daughterasked for a chocolate milk shake. We paid and drove up to the next window.. when she hands us the order, we were confused. Shegave us a flurry. With no oreo chips.. ???? I said we ended up ordering a chocolate shake bc we were told you had no flurry. Shethen gave us a little cup of oreo chips! Lol whaaat?! We were so confused.
