I don't have much time for this because my sugar has dropped a lot. I placed an order online and went to look for it, the only... thing I can say is that they IGNORE me, I just want my money back because now with this review these "people" are going to get araise. If you order online they wait until you arrive to start doing your order. Then you have to wait a long time because it's only... one guy doing online orders. So you order online to skip the line and then you have to wait. In my case almost an hour aftertheir estimated pick-up time. Read more

Far too many bad experiences at this location. The staff is incoherent, they always get the order wrong and give you attitude... about it, they never have cilantro sauce, their online ordering? Forget about it. Drive thru is always packed due to theoutrageously slow momentum of the staff. Needs a whole new department make over. I?d love to call corporate and give mythoughts. We passed today. Very bad experience. We paid one meal with cookies. A very unpleasant woman, always shouting after male... customers, give our meal without the cookies. We asked for these, she answered, always shouting she hadn't cookies anymore. Wejust explained we had paid, so we were expecting for refund or other dessert, she always repeat she didn't have other cookies.Happily people behind us helped us to make her understand we had paid for them, and finally after very rude meanings against us,she found like miracle cookies she gave us.
