This lady is very rude zero manners zero knowledge of customer service how can the manager hired her ?
Pulled up to drive in after waiting a voice asked can I help you. I ordered french toast sticks and then heard nothing. Waited... then drove around to pickup window. Young man opened the window saying yes? I said yes I ordered the french toast sticks. Hesays oh we don't have them. I proceeded to go to the Wendy's on 163rd St and got them. My problem is the way this employee seemsto think that customers are doing him a favor by going there. Better customer service and communication is needed at thislocation. Read more
This Wendy's used to be up to par. Unfortunately, the making of breakfast is a total miss. The croissants were seriously infused... by microwave for a real long time. Breakfast fries were super soggy. But I must say ..... They were friendly. Read more
I was the only customer in line and i waited 10 minutes for them to take my order, and a young man walks up to the register, he... seemed upset and took my order in a foul way. While i was waiting i went to the restroom to wash my hands, after seeing howdirty the place was i felt like leaving. The establishment is disgusting.
