Per their advertisement the fries were not hot. They were actually burnt. Yet, the young man that took my order was polite.
The communication of the young ladies was okay. Now the food was disgusting. The fries was cold & hard. The mango so call... pineapple lemonade was water down. Which I had 3 drinks. Worst customer service. The person taking my order was too busy talking rather than listening to my order which I repeated 4... times. Then had nerve to say I have an attitude. I left drive thru went into restaurant and advised them I come to this storedaily. No attitude but damn if I repeated the order 4 times what were u doing? The manager proceeded to argue with me because Iheard the slick comments over the intercom. I will be contacting corporate seems like when the ladies are by themselves servicejust fails. Also this Store has not had any chocolate frosty for over a month and you ask store employees they can't answer thequestion.
