Came here to pick up a to-go order. Had to call them three times and they ignored me completely. Left me on hold so I had to go... through the drive-thru and deal with the long line to get the food that I ordered because their app refuses to let you clock ineven though it's not registering your location. It would help if the staff could speak and understand English properly. I don'tknow how to speak Spanish so their customer service and answering the phone was useless to me. Read more

Got a burnt biscuit and a fresh biscuit in the same order. I guess the key to fresh food is to order something special. Later... that evening I tried to go through drive through for a drink 20 minutes before close. They came on the speaker and said theywere closed. If I could give one star I would. I consistently have issues with your location filling up my fries as if they should be for... large, not a small. When someone orders 4 of the same size, you?d think it would be consistent. Nope?. 2 were full and two werelike small only I paid for LARGE.
