We stopped in at 6:30 left at 8:00 we had bourbon shrimp n chicken, cheddar bacon chicken, 2 house salads, kids cheeseburger and... as an appetizer pub brew waffle fries. Salads came out fast never got our appetizer asked about it server went and checkedkitchen said ?waiting on fries to thaw?. Asked again about them and ended up saying forget them we didn?t want them with ourfood! Server was awesome brought cheeseburger out for our toddler finally! Our food arrived chicken was burned so bad itslivered when cut and couldn?t even chew it! Bacon was burned to a crisp. The server kept apologizing for his kitchen. The food was pretty good, but I had the sirloin which was VERY salty. It was cooked to a perfect medium. Jazlyn was an... exceptional server. One of the best bar tenders Ive seen in a long time. She sings a ton of songs and is wicked quick for service. I ate at the bar... and the dialogue with frequent customers was awesome it's more than a job for her.. the food was hot and tastes as expected fora large chain restaurant. Read more

Gave overall 5 stars because it was veterans day and they were busy. Gave individual 4 stars because it was veterans day and... they were busy. Hope that makes sense. Steak was ordered rare but served medium. Waitress was friendly and professional butwasn't able to check on us often. Very packed, but it was a holiday, so overall the experience was exactly what anyone wouldexpect. Not complaining one bit, just sharing the experience. 100% would go back!
