Very slow. Need a manager there watching and helping. At 1:00 they were out of chips and no one there to make them. The... lady fixing the food for customers had to continually stop and go fill up the containers. Someone had spilled soda by theregister and no one had cleaned it up. The line was so bad I wasn?t able to ask someone at the store to cancel order. Figured itwouldn?t be such a hassle to cancel online or call support line for assistance since the store crew was inaccessible butCHIPOTLE is a scam you can?t get a hold of an actual person to address concerns or contact store directly to speak to someone.The app doesn?t let you cancel order either just a complete joke. Orders are always accurate/on point. Maybe give an extra ten minutes before picking your order up at the ?designated time?, just... because they get crazy busy randomly. Most consistent Chipotle I?ve ever used. And food is always delicious/ meets companystandards. Read more
Just got chicken bowl and a steak bowl. Nothing else, nothing extra = $22.00. There was literally 8 pieces of chicken in the... bowl and maybe 9 in the steak bowl. Prices go up and quantity goes down. Won't be back Read more
