Great family business with the freshest and best subs in the area. Try their pepper relish on your next sandwich!
If you are making panini presses, please do it with the right bread (focaccia, ciabatta or baguette). Not a cheap sub roll that... flattens to about 1/16" thick when pressed. It's a shame too, because the inside of the Cuban was delicious, which is notusually the case elsewhere. I'm sorry, but I will never buy a Cuban from here again. The sub roll ruined the whole Cuban. So I came to know this place from an old manager of my complex. Ran into him one day and he advised me that he and some friends... opened a shop and I should come by sometime. I mean hey why not. I know the guy I?ll check it out right. I did and this was overa year ago and I continue. Subway isn?t even in my vocabulary anymore. I?m a huge fan of tuna sandwiches and subs. Subway=yuck.North Port subs=perfection. The tuna is perfect texture of dry and wet. I?ve tried the Philly as well as the chicken bacon ranchand their Italian. Loved them all but the Tuna is by far the best. The other staff is super friendly and down to earth. Thequality and price is perfect in todays market and economy. They take great care and detail with their product. You may ask ?howcan you mess up a sub?? Believe me when I say ?eat here and you?ll see how everyone else messes them up?. The sub had no Italian dressing on it, there was no lettuce on it. I cannotfind a sub that compares to waters edge in galena Ohio. However there is hope, you or I can never go wrong with jersey mikescold Italian sub. Still nowhere around has a great hot Italian sub. Read more
