I have been on a limited budget for a while...so the advertisement for a free coffee with any purchase was a super treat..... Or... so I thought! I pre-ordered through the app, which paid for the order virtually. However, the girl who processed my order toldme I needed to provide her with a Q code. When I did this it charged me for a different order, which I never recieved, norintended to order. When I noticed the error I informed her, showed her on the App and she profusely denied she made an errorand charged me for 2 separate orders through the offers. She insisted that I needed to provide her with a Q code when the orderwas already paid. The error occurred when providing the Q code. Therefore, rather than reviving the promo coffee. I wascharged for 2 orders and was then subsequently belittled by the employee who insisted that an error didn't occer. Read more
