The workers are lazy and slow Amazon right across the street they will turn them down just to deal with online orders attitude... is not the best don?t waste your time going there if your on break very poor service.?? Read more
I was actually there today because they messed up mine and my mom's sandwiches yesterday. We both asked for no mayo, but the... cook put it on there anyway. The lady who took the orders didn't put no mayo on the ticket, so I don't know if that makes adifference. They did replace the sandwiches, though, so that was nice of them. She even remembered me from yesterday and wasvery pleasant, yesterday and today. The place was pretty clean. Read more
The North Randall store has the flyers and posted inside restaurant for Buy One Get One but they don?t honor it. They say it?s... not programmed in the computer. Manager not in store. I will go to a different store from now on! Read more
The Food was terrible. I don't know if they're purchasing cheaper products from the traditional ingredients that every other Mr.... Hero's uses but I was unsatisfied and will not be eating at this location again. Go to the one on Harvard or Libby !!! Read more
