I ordered online for pick up, 2/3 of my sandwich?s were wrong (most likely got another online orders bags mixed up). I drove... back to get my sandwich?s made, let the staff know about the situation and they argued with each other who messed it up. Beforeleaving they questioned me of my intentions, I didn?t ask for anything extra. I am going to report this location to headquarters due to the lack of ability to follow simple instructions. There is a... dark-haired guy with glasses that for the life of him cannot help but to cut your sandwich when I asked directly to his face notto do so just seconds before he does it. The sandwiches are tasty but this location is awful in terms of service. They are always understaffed and the online ordering... system is a joke because sandwiches are never ready when you arrive for pick up. We?ve given them multiple chances hoping thatthe slow service was a fluke but it?s always the same. I feel bad for the teenagers that are left holding the bag for poormanagement of this store.
