This is a fantastic restaurant! It?s a beautiful space to begin with. The staff is very professional yet super friendly. The... food is among the best Italian that we have ever eaten. We split a salad which was varied super fresh greens and gardenvegetables. We had meatballs as an appetizer which were flavorful and accompanied with a lovely sauce. Attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly service! There?s a salivating selection of pastas, as well as perfectly... dressed salads. I tried the fettuccine fungi as my main, which I requested and received as vegan. It was presented with astrong but moderated truffle sauce, which was astronomically creamy. I'm not sure I'm equipped at this moment, to adequately describe the magic that was this evening, at Casa Corsi. We are visiting... the area and found Casa Corsi via Google and let's just understand that it did not disappoint. We were settled a bit late inour Airbnb so I decided to be a decent human, by calling ahead to see if they could seat 3, late in the evening. Patrickanswered with a vocal smile and invited us to come on in. When we arrived, a stranger exiting mentioned that this was the bestItalian known to man. We had a feeling, but we still needed to test the palates for ourselves. As soon as we identified a staffmember from the front door, it was Patrick asking if that was us that had recently called. It was at that point we knew, wefound something very special. I'll be honest that we were not starving - we probably could have skipped dinner as we had a bigand late lunch, but our interest was piqued, and I wasn't missing the opportunity to try this restaurant. We were leftspeechless. Jason was our guide and he was absolutely incredible. All of us had picked our entrees out before we called therestaurant and lo/ behold, after hearing what Jason had to say, we had chosen alternatives that were out of thisworld. Absolutely speechless. Jason is a true giver of heart. I can't count how many times he came to the table to check onus, refill my wine and our water, and just show how great of a human he is. Throughout our visit, we watched other staffmembers seamlessly pull tables and reset them in a blink. The same staff collected our dirty dishes and utensils in such aprofessional and quick fashion that it really just set this place into that top level. This place will be in my dreams forever.We will be back as often as we can. What a remarkable memory for us. Casa Corsi is an Italian restaurant in North Vancouver, located inside a cute yellow building with lots of greenery adorning the... place. They seem to be run by the same family that is behind the well established Quattro restaurant in Whistler, and which atone time, also had branches on W.4th in Vancouver (Quattro on 4th) and lower Lonsdale in North Vancouver (Gusto di Quattro). Weenjoyed a wonderful dinner with my family at Casa Corsi . On the table we had: Carpaccio Sottobosco, Gamberi all'Aglio,Calamari Piccanti, Linguine Pesto, Spaghetti Corsi, Linguine Pescatore, a Gnocchi special, Tiramisu, Sticky Toffee pudding, andtwo other desserts that I can't even remember the name of! Major food coma, but the food was so good! Might have been just an"off" night but service was quite slow, especially when we wanted to order dessert. I was surprised that they had Sticky Toffeepudding for dessert as it's really more of a British dessert than an Italian dessert. No complaints about having Sticky ToffeePudding though. It's always a crowd pleaser in our family and it was delicious just like everything else on the table was thatnight! Service: Fair. Parking:???? Free and plentiful. Location: Convenient. Many businesses in the area, and two shoppingmalls close by. Park Royal Shopping centre is less than 5 minutes drive away in one direction, and Capilano Mall is less than 5minutes drive away in the other direction. Read more
