Meals are well portioned. Always fresh and perfectly cooked. There was a billing discrepancy today which was handled very... professionally. Vancouver muscle meals have helped me drop 25lbs and saves me a ton of time not having to shop and prep my ownmeals. If time is worth more than money I highly suggest you check them out. Read more

Great service and the deliveries are always on time. I?ve only had one small issue with an order and they went above and beyond... my expectations to resolve it. The convenience combined with the customer service make it a no brainer for my work meals. I?m afan of popcorn chicken for a mess free on the go meal, and then peanut Thai and the curry bowl for more of a sit down meal,they?re both DELICIOUS and I don?t feel like garbage after eating them. I?d also recommend their oatmeal protein balls (Forgetwhat their called on the menu). They?re delicious and just an easy source of some quick calories when you?re on the go. Read more
