Hands down the worst panera I've ever been to. The manager or owner, Larry berg (not sure) is terrible with people and... organization. I asked someone to clean the coffee counter over a week ago. It's still disgusting! Look at the pictures below.Mold, dirt, grime! I would be embarrassed to be the manager here!!! Read more
Always great place for the morning coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Love the Asiago bage egh and cheese sandwich.
It's really expensive for what you get. I meet here with a friend of mine she and her kids like it here, i dont go otherwise.... For some reason the company keeps the hot beverage cups where you check in/order your food and we never realize that they haveplastic cups for cold drinks. The guy behind the counter berated me for taking "the wrong cup," when I asked for a lid. I gotthe chicken sandwhich, it was dry with barely any flavor. The experience was none existent, except for the fact I got to see myfriend and her kids. Read more
Going downhill fast. Waited almost 30 minutes for a sandwich and salad. They were out of baguettes. And now using plastic... containers instead of plates. I know that prices are up, but it seemed very expensive for what you get. I could have just goneto MickeyD?s or Burger King and spent less, yet would have been more filled up. This store needs better mansgement. They cannot handle large volumes of orders; doesn't matter day or time. I placed a pickup... order at 4 pm for pickup at 5:35 pm. It was not ready until almost 6 pm. The food quality is poor compared to what it used tobe. Management just ignores poor reviews and does nothing to improve. After three episodes like this I will not go back. Read more
