These guys have fun and the food is great. Very cool setting in an old drug store from the 50s or 60s with lots of memorabilia... on the walls. Not something you run into much anymore. Had the carolina burger and it was cooked a solid medium and was juicyand tasty, not greasy. Well worth the drive to Wilkesboro just for lunch! Read more
Been here a few times. Burgers are okay and you have to pay extra for fries. Always pretty dirty and the server will do the bare... minimum. He actually served both me and my friends burgers on one plate... When we looked confused he asked oh did you wantseparate plates? Every time I've been here it's been a similar experience. Read more

Absolutely delicious! Passing North Wilkesboro, we decided to look for a Mom 'N Pop eatery, so we headed for downtown and chose... The Dispensary. It's and 8-year old bar and pub that used to be a drug store. Our meals were off the chart great! My Phillycheese steak was primo, with sensational onion rings. Linda's chicken was good as well, but the hand cut fries, just wow! It'sa very nice joint with a neighborhood friendliness and super food, plus great service. Read more

I sat at only table without a ketchup... bottle yet when I ask for ketchup the server brought me 2 packets instead of a bottle off one of the other tables.
