I would say , I had a lot of good experiences at this A&W. however, there was this time I ordered a combo with chicken strips &... this worker lady did not know how the food works. Let me explain, when you order this meal they supposed to offer you 3 or 4piece with a single fries & a single chicken strips. When I ordered this food, the lady said I can get 10 pieces of chicken &charge me $26.00!? Because she was lost in mind, & mess up the order. Very embarrassing so I just leave without my food.Wonderful . All & all. Recommend but this place has workers that don?t how to offer your food probably & will mess up yourorder. (BE AWARE) Read more
The female manager (Ms. Zakeera) of this location is really rude! Doesn?t even train new people and start shouting on them on... the first day in first 5 minutes. This behaviour is really unacceptable and disrespectful. If a new worker joins you are themanager and you should be humble but this lady treats new employees as slaves. Mind your tongue girl! Good service and delicious burger. Solid portion of fries, however they were a bit stale.
