They took too long making the drinks, I thought they would make it quick like other places. Staff is friendly though. The... atmosphere in the place feels empty and plain. I feel like they need to change it up a bit since I thought this was a chatrplace everytime I walked by- I think they also add too much ice, my ice melted quickly and tasted too watery and bitter afterdrinking just half of it. Went to this location and ordered 3 drinks and asked kindly for a bag and that staff asked me to pay 15cents for a bag but she... gave a girl a free large drink because she know her and even made her drink first even we are lined up waiting for our orders. Read more

Friendly staff, they're very attentive when taking your order to make sure it's taken correctly. Great area for BBT. Can't wait... till they get their extended hours for late night boba runs. I only wish they had the self check out counters. I feel like thiswill be beneficial in the future, once this location becomes known to more people in the area. I can see it getting busy here!
