Excellent bread! I wish they had more varieties of baked goods?
Fred's Bread speaks for itself in high volumes but my concerns lie in their Employment tactics. I had a training session with... them on Sunday September 12, 2021 where I met with a lovely young man whose name is Seran. He kindly asked me to fill out aform before we proceeded in which I did but I didn't think it was allowed anymore to ask for age as is age, colour and creed aform of racialism. I believe wholeheartedly that I didn't get the job because of it. When I phoned to speak to the lady Andreato thank her for the interview plus credit her company she said I was "Not a good fit"! I have not only had years of experiencein really difficult warehouse jobs but this small packaging job was super easy and did not take a Rocket Scientist to performit. She never even met me or tried to find out who I was as a person and so had nothing to base it on except that I am olderand have lots of experience so for these reasons I would never apply there again. I wish her well however in her futureendeavours and will find a better place that is far less judgmental. Read more
The sourdough bread ended up being hard. Wasn?t impressed. We tried to follow the instructions and we contacted support but got... no answer as to what happened. Read more
