edit: it?s bee about a month that this place is not giving the same quality and care to what is happening. I never get my points... because the workers insist that their system is automatic but it?s not. I was only able to get it once this month and that?sbecause I had to argue with the girl there. Their drinks are no longer consistent. They miss toppings and add too much ice. Justnot good anymore. Like why do you even have a tip option? Pretty good :) I come here quite often. Once, they were out of tapioca pearls but offered me a sample of golden pearls, to see... if I would like to have that in my drink instead. Don't exspect so much in Gong Cha. My first time here was great, the staffs were friendly and no issues with the bubble teas.... However, today, I waited for more than 2 minutes and no one came to take my order, one of the three staffs during the timechatting with each other, he saw me but he was like," it's not my job so let's someone else do it themselves, no need to say tothe others about this customer". I?m close to this location so whenever thinking about Gongcha this is the first place for me. Several times I have ordered 50%... sugar for the drinks but most of the times they have turned out very sweet, and yet even less than 50% were still so sweet. Onlya couple of times they adjusted it correctly. I was thinking to say 0% sugar instead for next times. Hopefully their staff cansee the reviews and learn to adjust the recipes and sugar level consistently. I still love to come here anyway. Read more
