Such a shame, was excited to introduce Jolibees to my family.. but came here to be extremely disappointed The seating area was... closed because they were too lazy to clean up.. the service was terrible with an attitude too.. It's a personal choice I think and may not be agreed upon by many. Good: The place was nice and clean Staff were nice as... well. Place is safe from COVID protocol standard point May need improvement: The food was little more oily that normal. It's alot of oil. The other stores I have tried had a little less oil in the food. We bought the $20 10pcs chicken promo today at 6464 Yonge St branch. Picked up at 11am. When we ate the chicken, it was so dry... and tasted like old oil. So it seems we were given re-fried old chicken. We went back to the store to request for an exchange.The staff did not know what to do and when she went to ask the manager, she did not even bother to come and check what the issuewas. On top of that, the staff rudely said we will just change whatever is left. Does the manager think we are trying to takeadvantage and so treats us this way. They should actually change the whole order. Having driven for 45mins to North York to beserved old chicken and treated this way is really disappointing and unacceptable. I hope Jollibee can address this poorcustomer service in this branch. Read more
