November 2022 Update: Name changed back to Ginza, this is the flagship store, where this brand started. Known for freshness,... value, and caring service. I ordered a large sashimi, sushi and rolls platter. Quantity is predominant, assortment is lesslustre. Freshness is there, but the sushi rice is too moist to my liking, no hamachi on this plate, no premium fish. I will trythe whole fish and sashimi la carte next. The soya sauce is too dark, and might not have been seasoned, it drowns out the tasteof the fish, instead of enhancing the freshness and delicate sweetness of fishes. I recommend that you change your soya sauce,needing high tasting notes. We ordered take out, I will try dine in next, nice decor and ambiance. Kudos to the staff. Amazing local jaunt for my parents and every once in a while, I tag along too. The chef is AMAZING with some of the off-menu... offerings, based on what is fresh. Udon noodles are also delicious. Read more
