This place is fantastic when they have enough staff. It can get super busy and then the wait begins. Long wait. So if you're... patient, it'll be OK. Staff they have are very friendly...but sometimes you just need more staff. Especially if you booked largegroups. Read more
I usually don?t rate restaurants unless they?re good ratings but my experience at this location was less than 1 star. I was a... regular client until 2019, not sure if they have new management now but I haven?t stepped foot in that place since. Maybe, ifthey get a new management and staff I will reconsider. Over the years I've been to many Swiss Chalet restaurants in the GTA. I have to say that my recent visit at this location was by... far the best. We were a group of 15 and the service here was amazing. The food arrived quickly and was cooked perfectly. Surprisingly the portions were bigger than usual. Everyone commented on the huge amount of fries on each plate. Our waitressAlina provided all around top notch customer service. From the moment we arrived she was friendly and helpful. She checked up onus regularly, making sure everyone was ok and when asked brought us what we needed quickly. The place was clean and theatmosphere was great.
