I have never experienced this customer welcome ever . Today I visited this branch of Tim Hortons at Don mills . I usually visit... it but this never happened before but today this lady who is supervisor of the store named as janvi ( as on her name batch ) sovery rude . While placing the order it was me who was saying helo to her , she didn?t even responded to that greeting . She evenmade my drink in a wrong way as I am experience of Tim Hortons myself . I know how drinks are made . If your customer is notsatisfy you should always change it and that too with ? SMILE? . Sorry to say but I will never recommend this Tim Hortons branchto anyone atleast when this lady is on the shift . I hope you are reading it . Please be little humble and polite to yourcustomer because you owe a very responsible position now . I am writing this here because the way you behaved today with me i amnot able to get out of mind .
