Very Poor Management by manager Viva. She don't know the customer service and spoken naive to the customers. I ordered a dozen... of donuts for which she was giving me old fashion only because they couldn't make it for deferent choices so I asked to mix itup with some muffins and I can Pau the extra if possible. When I said why should I... insert for less than under $100 the answer is " that's how we do here. I told them one time that in others locations I justtap, they said ok just go there???????????. I went here in the morning, as I had to urgently use the washroom, and just because I wanted to use it I thought of buying... something from here. In hurry, I didn't notice the line as there was a gap in between, so I stood there and waited unknowingly.The cashier girl took the order very nicely and politely, but when I came back to grab my order after using the washroom therewas this one guy of my age (employee) who rudely told me 'From next time onwards come in line and then gave me my drink'. I wasblank and asked him questions as I didn't realize that I broke the line earlier. It was my mistake, regarding which I apologizedlater too (he started ignored me at that point).
