This rating should be 0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS CATERING COMPANY. They did not provide the service they were contacted for. My... daughters wedding was in october. No wedding cake as promised, the food was not the food that was promised it was either burntor cold. The was barely any staff and no leadership was there. Todd was at the rehearsal the night before and blatantly liedabout everything. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm giving it 3 stars because the guy Tom and the girl bartender were very good and accommodating. The set up wasn't too bad but... on the flip side, some of the guests barely had any food and I was told there were unopened trays.They never supplied chaircovers and the sashes. They charged me for 3 bottles of champagne and took the rest with them and when I asked for some moneyback,I'm fairly confident is was a low number. I'd give 5 stars to Tom and the female bartender. Attended a wedding catered by Estelles. Caterer was 3 hours late. Tables not set, no cloths, napkins, water, silverware or... plates. Food was not prepared on time or well at all. Catering staff was rude and completely unprofessional. Cake was halfsmashed and very poorly iced. It was terrible I have never seen such an unprofessional service and I honestly do not know howthey are in business. Would not recommend and I feel badly for the bride and groom. Read more

The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. They did not follow through on their contract including setting up the venue... so the wedding went without linens, tableware or any set up. The head caterer, Todd, did not show up until 4:30 pm - 3.5 hourslater than he was supposed to and an hour after the reception was supposed to start. The presentation of the entire evening wasa mess. The staff wore dirty clothes and were disrespectful to the guests. The staff were smoking marijuana on site and offeredmarijuana to a teenage guest at the wedding. The female staff member was dancing throughout the reception. She cursed at my 8year old son. She was also seen down in the woods and rolling around in the grass during the reception. The cake was notprovided. The cupcakes were smashed and thrown on the table. The snacks that were provided were also just thrown on the table. The guests served, helped cook, and even folded napkins and washed dishes. There were services and food not provided. I wouldnot recommend this company to anyone that would expect to have a nice, stress free day. Read more
