If I could give them Zero stars I would. Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The entire restaurant was a mess on steping in around... 6:15pm today. I used the bathroom before ordering and it had flies every where with no toilet paper to wipe. The server tookalmost 20 minutes to attent to one customer. They were out of almost everything with a big sign saying no forks at the moment. They had no peppers or lettuce and still had the worst attitude. I got into the restaurant hungry wanting to dine-in and leftnot wanting to eat because of the state of the restaurant ???? I felt nauseous at the sight of the tables looking all dirty andthe floors so nasty with leftover food sitting everywhere, pieces of food everywhere. We decided to get a quick lunch at work today and were very hesitant to do so at this location because 2 prior times we have... been disappointed but hey third times the charm maybe...but NOPE! Our food was cold, missing ingredients in our burrito bowlsand missing side items; 1 which was actually included with a meal and 2 separate orders of chips & salsa. I'm also 90% sure wegot chicken from yesterday's left overs. To top it off we can't even complain to Chipotle because its an automated phone messagewhen you call and we ordered through UberEats-"so we must got through them" EVEN though the UberEats driver had no hand in theMAKING of our lunch! This was the worst experience at Chipotle. I like the food, but it's pretty uniform between locations. However, the service... was horrible. First, I get the guy who is not even talking to me. He is just staring at me without saying a word. I told himthat I needed more than one thing and after doing the first burrito, he decided that he would move on to a different customer. The second person I dealt with, put the wrong ingredient into the bowl and then asked me if I wanted her to redo it or leave it?I know it is tough to get people to work these days, but this is ridiculous. I hate to pile on about how bad this Chipotle location is but I can help but do so after todays lunch experience. I?ve been on... a burrito bowl kick lately and wanted to check out this location. Upon entering I saw people dining in and orders being carriedout even at 2p! Ordering was no problem but I know these days it?s tough to find help but I felt a vibe of these employees areburned out and are understaffed. The tables, floors were dirty and a mess. I took a pic of one the garbage cans that was fulloutside: Another can was just as full on the inside. Also my steak seemed over cooked. I love the food but the portions are just out of this world. I was there today they barely put any rice or meat in the bowl.... They just load it with beans and lettuce but they do charge the same.
