Unfortunately it was a very expensive terrible experience! Ordered the shogun which is steak and lobster receive my lobster... after everyone was finished eating the chef apparently forgot that I was supposed to get t steak as well so by the time he camearound everyone was finished eating dinner and he wanted to make me my steak which wasn’t going to happen so I talk to themanager who proceeded to take $10 off of my bill so from $82 I went from $72 for a lobster tail. Everything was greasy the ricelook like dirty rice with the ground beef in it . I don’t even know where the ground beef came from. Beef fried rice is NOTground beef the that comes. We had no show no light up the grill. I don’t care but I really think that our chef was not AsianI believe he was Mexican which is not a bad thing but when I go to Ron of Japan I’m expecting a show I’m expecting a greatexperience I could’ve gone to any Japanese restaurant and receive the same experience. Way overpriced for the food it’s notthat good at all! Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere better. Terrible experience! If I could’ve given it nostars I would’ve! Anywhere is better than the here! I forgot to mention don’t put your feet under the table my husbandsshoes have grease spots on his shoes! They are ruined! This place cost us way tooooo much tonight! The shoes were the laststraw! Read more

I've been twice---I heard it used to be way better a few years ago. I was under the impression this is a *really* nice hibachi... restaurant. Both times, the food was greasier-than-average---especially the egg sauce. It left us feeling sluggish, achey, andgross. Chefs were good and knowledgeable, but sloppy. The first time, we were overcharged with items we did not purchase. Themanager was unavailable and we couldn't get a hold by phone either. Interior is beautiful. Bathrooms were alright. Overall,3/5. The food itself really was not bad, just greasy / not to my expectations. I'd go to a different hibachi place, as this oneleft us feeling somewhat disappointed and unwell both times. Read more

Service has gone down significantly since we had visited the year before. Food was excellent but portions were significantly... less and they messed up our order in the process as well. The chef didn’t do any “tricks” or anything fun (not even thefireball), he barely communicated with the table or even looked up to acknowledge us. There was a language barrier between usand the chef so when we asked to get our correct order it took a while to explain the error. We need only saw the server twiceand our whole table was constantly looking for her for refills/drinks. I wouldn’t recommend going to this restaurant. Read more

I've been coming here for most of my life, since at least 1982. It was by far the best Japanese steakhouse I've been to.... However, something happened in the last 10 years or so that really changed everything. It's still good but it's no longer "todie for". Read more

The blandest food on earth. Hibachi table is way to close to the non move-able seating. Thought I was going to lose my... eyebrows. The cook was friendly. The drinks are weak if you do5 pay extra for the double drink. The broth literally tastedlike dish water, no flavor at all. Definitely not worth the expensive prices. The meal is cooked in pieces, not mixedtogether. And you pay extra to have your rice fried vs the cook cooking the rice with your food at the table. They have soy, teriyaki and ginger sauces. All the same color and all tastes the same. Do not try the egg sauce stuff that they use to cookwith. It's disgusting, congealed yellow goop. Worst part of our whole vacation was eating here. We left hungry, unfulfilledand robbed. Read more
