Terrible customer service experience. I called to ask their fee for wedding cake tasting and consultation. When I asked that,... Ruth? was very rude. She said that's not what they do and started asking me bunch of questions, then started lecturing me on howother brides call cake places 8 -10 months early. I wasn't even calling to request a wedding cake. I called to ask how muchtheir tasting was but I got no answer to that, just lecturing. Also, every couple has different situations. Once again this bakery surpasses it's already excellent products. This is my go to for a delicious and fresh sandwich freshly... made, the bakery goods are always fresh and delicious, the chocolate cherry muffin is out of this world. When I needed aspecial birthday cake, the staff produced a beautiful and delicious masterpiece. Thank you so much.
