I came to visit my sister from Arizona. I'm originally from South Jersey, so I was totally looking forward to a cheesesteak! The... first night, we stopped at Chicos & had a great sandwich & wonderful service. The second night, I wanted to come here again. So,we went to the counter & ordered over $80 worth of food. We stood by the counter waiting, since the night before everything hadcome out so quickly. So we waited & waited & WAITED! Periodically, we would ask for an update, to no avail. The young woman atthe register seemed to be totally unconcerned that we were getting anxious. After OVER AN HOUR, they finally brought out ourfood. When we got home, some of the items were incorrect & the quality was woefully inadequate, particularly compared to thenight before. My sister was embarrassed. Ordered a superman sub for pickup. Was asked lettuce, onions, and tomatoes, as well as oil and vinegar. Said yes to all the... above. Then asked if I wanted hot peppers l, replied please on the side. Picked up sub, drove home, sub was dry, no oil orvinegar. NO HOT PEPPERS. Was only one booth occupied during my brief visit. I should have checked for the hot peppers, butshouldn?t have to.
