wasn't very impressed, was busy but cleared pretty quickly. we were seated pretty fast and the waitress was really nice. took... our orders but it took way to long to receive our food waited more than 40 mins. 2 of the orders were wrong and by the time wereceived our food they were all cold.not sure if they were short handed. but I don't think we will be returning. Arrived at IHOP around 7:00 p.m. tonight (Saturday) We have been moving all day and we're all completely exhausted. We just... wanted dinner for four little kids. When we got there they made us wait for about 15 minutes before they seated us, Even thoughthere were only two other tables with people at them. Took another 15 minutes to get our drinks ordered. Then another 10 minutesto get our menus. And then another 15 minutes before our food order was taken. Ordered our food, and waited, and waited andwaited. My poor kids were starving. Finally at about 8:20, My older son who was with us went to track down a different server.She told us that our server had disappeared. She went to the kitchen, and found just two of our meals. They had been sittingthere for over 45 minutes. None of the kids' meals had been ordered. And the food she brought out was cold and congealed. Atthis point we finally decided to leave. It was just the worst experience we've ever had at a restaurant. There was only onewaitress after the other one disappeared. And she had four tables. And never thought to tell us that our waiter had disappeared.And the kitchen never thought to tell anyone that there were two plates that had been sitting there for 45 minutes. We ate breakfast at 9:00 pm and our server was really young but AWESOME And so was our food!! I'm very picky about how my eggs... are cooked and these were done PERFECT!!! LOVED EVERYTHING!! Great job I HOP!! Read more
