I have to say I?m extremely disappointed. I?ve been going to this bojangle for years and lately the quality and service have... gone downhill like our country. There?s been mistakes on my orders in the past but I always try to be understanding. I went backthere two days in a row and my order was not correct and food quality is still bad. I?m not a high maintenance person. Mypatience has ran out. I will no longer be supporting Bojangles. Read more

I have never seen such ignorant and rude employees in my life. I was in the drive thru, behind a truck who was trying to give... their order, they were constantly being cutoff and spoken to rudely. They told them after trying to place order to just forgetit. I ordered 5 things, and only had a $50 dollar bill. I was paying and the rude blonde was telling the cashier how ?I guesswe?ll take it but I usually won?t take a large bill in the drive thru?. (Keep in mind there is no sign on this.) I lost mytemper and asked for my money back, and she rudely handed it back, and I called her a ugly name , and she called me the same. Iusually eat there 2 times a week . But never again! Read more
