I placed a mobile order for in restaurant pick up and when I showed up they had the lobby closed even though the hours said it... was open. And the drive through was wrapped around the building and not moving. I was on my 30 minute break so I didnt havetime to sit in the drive through so I called the store to see if they could bring it out or let me in to pick it up and theytold me no. So I left and they still ran my order and charged me even though I never picked up my food? Read more

This location has been down for days now. Why are you staying open if your system is down and you can?t take orders? This is... twice now I?ve been there and they just tell everyone their system is down. What?s the point in being open? Whoever is over thislocation needs to be fired. It has gotten awful. Both employees were rude. Food was poorly prepared. I ordered with the app. Instead of greeting me, the woman told me to go... ahead with my order, sounding annoyed from the jump. I told her I had a mobile order. She said, "What's your number?" I toldher. It had an E in it, but she kept hearing it as D. She told me to pull around. At the window, she asked if I said D, and Isaid no, E. I had to repeat myself again, so I clarified E as in Echo. She said, "you can go ahead and pull forward." At thesecond window, the guy just basically stared at me without saying anything the whole time. He gave me my drink with itoverflowing and no napkin or effort or care whatsoever, so I had to clean it up and then clean up my console. Do y'all drivearound with your car full of spilled food or something? Because I don't. When he handed me my food, I said thank you, and hemumbled like one word so low I couldn't hear him.
