If I could give it a 0, I would. This place is awful and their sanitation is, too. You enter and can see how disgusting the... environment is. I went through drive-thru for a meal to notice that there was gum, hair, and a wrapper in my daughters food!Went in, spoke to the manager...not only did they laugh in my face, but they tried to blame it on me, and there co-worker saidshe couldn't even give me a reciept I didn't get in the first place. They put in the excuse that the cook had a mask and itwasn't possible since they denied having gum. I called corporate and made a report against them to the department of publichealth. I went to get an order of chicken strips with curly fries. I saw they were advertising Jack's good good sauce and wanted to try... it. I asked for it and instead of telling me they just don't have it at that location which then why advertise it they saidnothing and gave me honey mustard. When I checked the order they didn't give me my curly fries and I told them. They took thebag back and held my food hostage until I gave them an extra 67 cents. Even though the receipt said I was charged 20 cents forthe curly fries upgrade. I don't know who's running this place now but it's a shadow of its former self. Read more
