Horrible experience with the female worker who prepared our subways. She is EXTREMELY lazy, her face was telling to get out of... there, like we came and interrupted her leisure time. For one of our sandwiches she was scrubbing leftovers of roasted chickenfrom the very bottom of the tray, (instead of getting a new portion for the tray from the fridge) she was able to scrub and fillhalf of scoop, most likely with pieces of that tray, she scrubbed hard, she slammed it on the sandwich and she announced it wasready. We told her there has to be TWO full scoops, she replied that there will be extra charge ,and went to get the fresh bagof roasted chicken to put in the tray from the backroom/fridge. The lady worker seemed very unhappy because she needed to moveher behind and actually work. We went very unhappy because we felt we came to spend almost $40 for two sandwiches that were sentto us from hell. Do you SUBWAY people think we ever come again to get food there? NEVER! You lazy bones need to start workingand be willing to get customers back, be loyal. Otherwise, close your store and watch TV at home. Read more
Food was good, made an online order but my car broke down and wouldn't turn on. The lady behind the counter was nice enough to... inform me that I took a long time and should make appropriate orders for what time I'm coming in. Though I didn't reallyappreciate it the food was good and Autozone helped me allot to get it fixed. One more shout out to Gerardo at Autozone onReseda and Nordoff for the amazing help. Read more
Rude staff, I usually leave a tip but didn?t have cash on me and couldn?t leave a cash tip since I had ordered ahead of time and... I was about to head out the girl picked up the empty jar tip and slammed it looking at me and I didn?t know what to do so Iwalked away. Today once again I left after getting my order cause don?t have cash on me again today and as I was leaving shescreamed ?no tip??
